Refund policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you need to make a change to your contact information, please contact me as soon as possible before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, it is out of my hands and will be up to you to contact the post office/mail courier.

If you need to make changes to a dyed-to-order or pre-order order, please contact me within 24 hours of your order. If you place multiple orders during a pre-order, I will automatically combine shipping and refund any overages. Please let me know if you do not want your shipping combined.

If you contact me about order changes outside of these periods, I cannot guarantee that I'll be able to make changes to your order. I cannot make changes to an in-stock order, unless you contact me immediately after the order is placed.

If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right.
