Shipping policy

Ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 business days after placing your order.

Dyed-to-order and made-to-order items will ship within 3-4 weeks after placing your order.

If your order contains both ready to ship and dyed-to-order or made-to-order items, everything will ship together when the dyed-to-order or made-to-order item is ready. If you would like to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order containing only ready-to-ship items. If multiple orders are placed with dyed-to-order or made-to-order items, I will combine shipping and refund any overages.

For orders shipped internationally, customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may be due upon delivery. If you would prefer to pay VAT or any other fees upfront, please message me and I can create a listing for you on Etsy. 

For UK customers: If you would like to place an order, please message me! I don't have a VAT number yet so I can't process orders through my website, but I can create a custom order for you on Etsy. Any orders that require shipping placed on my website from the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Once I have shipped your order, I am not responsible for any shipping delays, damages during shipping, or missing packages. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact the mail courier that you chose for your order at checkout.
